Also, I didnt veeify my phone number or email. When i login i dont get the option to get into my portal. I dont Know what to do.

Guys,after 1 day i've tried it again and an otp was sent..It might be due to server problem

I'm receiving otp on my phone but when i'm entering it gives error of incorrect OTP i have tried many times and same OTP is coming and not verifying

I faced the same problem for more than one day. Then I mailed my problem to iit madras. After sometime I got a reply that due to some server delay the OTP on my mobile is not recieved . Try again. I tried one to two time again and my OTP came on to my mobile.

I'm facing the same issue. I called the IIT madras. They just told me to try after sometime. I've been trying to do for 10 times now since the previous night.. It's very worrying.I've already paid the amount.

I have encountered the same problem. I am having trouble getting the otp despite having enough message storage in my mobile, also the popup shows that the otp has been sent to the mobile number but even after trying for like 8-10 times.

Same here,i received otp for e-mail verification but didn't receive any for sms..

I m facing the same situation too I would suggest you to contact the gate authorities I have wrote an email to them will update you as soon as I get a response.
