Hello I updated my degree documents on the edit window for fmge. Today i got an email that i need to update my signature and thumb print as well. But when I login to my account it says "The edit function is not available with Uptdate submitted status" i have contacted nbe but no response.

Hi, I am also having the same issue. I called them. They asked me to send an email to fmge@natboard.edu.in and wait for 24 hrs to get their reply. I mail them on 5th and 6th. But no rey from them via email.
Do you get any reply about the same?

Check now the edit window is open again, it was some flaw in the system. They have rectified it, now it should be fine.

Treesa Hey! I have been trying to edit a certain editable field since 2 days.. Even one hour back. But it just isn't working. It just keeps on saying error. What should I do? I even tried to contact NBE through all means but still no response.

laharibhavya97 Hey! its working now. Just try again.logout the account 2 or 3 times and login again. And for me still its not opening in my phone. But worked on laptop or computer. Just check in that way.

I am also facing the same problem. I had uploaded my eligibility certificate on 4th, but received email regarding thumb impression upload. I am unable to access the edit window. Tried emailing them, but haven't got any response. The help desk is busy. What to do next?

Please reach out to them at; fmge@natboard.edu.in and please wait for 24 hours atleast before you hear from them. The email addressed to NBE should mention name of Candidate, application ID, correspondence address and mobile number. Emails sent at any other email IDs or not as per communication protocol shall not be processed. Or you can also call them up at: 18002674003

Thank you for your reply. I have tried calling them, since morning (it just says it’s busy). I don’t think the phone number works . Yes have emailed them on fmge@natboard.edu.in, also on nbeexamhelpdesk@gmail.com and also from where I got the email.
Ok as you said I should wait for 24 hours, so let’s see by tomorrow how it goes.
