No, MHT CET 2021 registrations have not yet started in fact the official notification regarding the registration for MHT CET 2021 is not yet released. You must have logon to MHT CET 2020 website, that's why you could see that the registrations are closed. The registration for MHT CET 2021 is yet to begin and it may start any time soon.
