Dear student,

Yes it's legal, UGC has given permission to pursue both B. Ed and MA together.

The condition for this is that 1course has to be regular while the other has to be as through open or distance education. If means that if u choose ma as regular you will have to do B.ed from open or distance or Visa versa . If you feel like doing go for it.
