Yes. You can edit and reupload the uploaded documents. By edit and reupload, we mean that you needn't have NTA's notification to make changes to the uploaded documents. Previously NTA had to notify the Candidate to make changes to the uploaded images like 10th marks sheet, Photograph, Signature and Thumb impression. Now it is not necessary. You can reupload the necessary documents. Once you make the necessary changes and click on Submit, when you get the confirmation page, make sure to take a a print out or atleast a scrren shot for future reference. If you are taking a print out, atleast make sure you take 1-3 copies. Even if you cannot take a print out, it is still fine. Your changes will be accepted. And to just answer your question, you can upload your 10th marks sheet without any notification from NTA. .
