Dear Nihal, RIPVT is only for Indian Citizens who hold Rajasthan domicile. So if you do not belong to Rajasthan but belong to any other State, you are not eligible for RIPVT. Now, because you belong to AP and not Rajasthan, you are not eligible for RIPVT. It is a State level Entrance examination.
