hello!! in neet exam we have to take hall ticket and self declaration form and guidelines form also

Your admit card is a 3 page pdf. The first page is the admit card. On the bottom of it you should affix a photograph. The first page also has the self declaration form. Pages 2 and 3 are advisory to the parents and students. You needn't take pages 2 and 3 to the Examination hall. You should carry:

Admit card

Self declaration form

Valid If proof

PWD certificate if applicable

50 ml sanitiser

Transparent water bottle

hello aspirant,

it's not mandatory to take the self declaration and guidelines page to the exam hall, however, there's no harm in taking the pages to the exam hall.

be on the safer side, take the papers and read all the guidelines when you are on the way to the exam hall.
