For session 2022-23 the application process of SSC CGL has not started yet and till now there is no notification for it. However it is expected to get released in the month of December 2022 or January 2023.

Because for now session 2021-22 is under process for SSC CGL and application process had already been closed on January 23rd, 2022 so now you cannot apply for it. SSC CGL 2022 will be conducted from April 11th to 21st, 2022 for session 2021-22. If you had not applied during the application process then you cannot appear for it now. .

Staff Selection Commission conducts Combined Graduate Level test to recruit the candidates for Group B and C posts.

Through SSC CGL recruitment is done for various departments of government of India like :

Indian Audit and Accounts Department under CAG, Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Railway, Ministry of External Affairs, Central Bureau of Investigation, Central Bureau of Narcotics, National Investigation Agency (NIA), etc.

SSC CGL is conducted in 2 stages :-

First stage consists of two computer based tests, one descriptive test in offline mode and one skill test followed by Stage 2 of document verification.

A candidate should satisfy the given eligibility criterion in order to appear for SSC CGL :-

****** Candidate should be a citizen of India or

• subject of Nepal/ Bhutan,
• Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1963 with the intention of permanently settling in India,
• person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

****** Age of the candidate should be in between 18 and 32 years. Age relaxation is also there for different categories.

****** The candidate should have proper qualifications as discussed in the eligibility criteria mentioned in the link given below.
