By keeping the recent scenario in mind I would suggest you that Biotechnolgy is a better option Than B Pharmacy. The reason for this is that Bio Technology has more scope than B pharmacy.You can be a research analyst,you can go into bioinfomatics.The salary is also good in Biotechnology if you have good skills.

If you are interested in chemistry and medicines than you should go for B pharmacy.Even B pharmacy holds good money.
