I'm sorry to say but there is no chance  of getting a seat in government college as considering last year's least marks to secure a seat was 261 marks in Karwar institute of medical sciences ,Karwar under SC quota .so I'll say no  but you can apply for deemed colleges to be on safer side but  remember cutoff varies every year depending on the number of students appearing in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of students scoring more than you and your category.
