No there will not be any issue because it is not compulsory to mention the name and date of photograph on your photograph i.e. to be uploaded in NEET UG 2022 Application form.

Only your photograph that has been uploaded in NEET UG application form should meet the prescribed specifications as given below :-

>>>>>>> The recent photograph should be either in colour or black and white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.

>>>>>>> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),

It is not mandatory to mention the name of the candidate and the date of taking the photographs but it is preferable. So you do not have to worry if you haven't mentioned your name and the date of photograph taken on the photographs. The photographs must have been taken on or after January 1, 2022. It must be a colour or black and white photograph with 80% face coverage without mask. Your ears must be visible. The uploaded photo must be clear, it should be blurry.  If your application is in order without any discrepancies it will be accepted and you be able to appear for NEET UG 2022 Entrance Examination.
