Hey,
Yes you can Apply for CPT examination. The forms will be available from 4 April.

No, sorry you can't register now. You have to wait for your 12th result than only you can apply. As per mentioned by ICAI:
Students are eligible to get themselves registered with the ICAI for the CA-CPT exam after passing 10th and 12th.The exam is conducted on the national level. It is an undergraduate level exam.
