Yes, a NIOS student can now, according to recent court verdict apply and give NEET examination too.  So if you are a NIOS student, you can appear in NEET 2020.

Now, there is no maximum age limit on the NEET exam 2020 as the Supreme Court is yet to give a verdict on it.
