The cut off for this year will be released after AP ICET 2021 Counselling is concluded. Cut off not only depends on total number of candidates appeared but it also depends on factors such as total number of seats available, total number of candidates applied for counselling, highest score, preferences of College etc. Based on these factors the cut off may slightly increase or decrease. To know the cut off for this year you need to wait until the counselling has concluded.
