you will need to register again for a deemed University if you haven't registered for deemed University yet the counselling for both the All India Quota (AIQ) and the deemed university are different.The registration fee for both is INR 5,000 and is non-refundable you need to pay yhe required amount by them and participate in counselling process of each of them separately.
