first of all the admission to JIPMER is not through minimum marks but on rank basis,you must be in their merit list 

if you are a  Puducherry UT (P-UR/OBC/SC/OPH) student the cut-off is far lesser than the all India quota.

Counselling ratio is 1:10 (For one seat they’ll call 10 Students)

OBC Cutoff is 98.8754756

and with a rank between 1-380 can be considered safe here

Since,admitted list is not available right now we can’t say about the minimum mark that got admitted there
