Yes, if your son has passed 12th, he can take admission in B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence (AI). Direct admission is possible in many private colleges, especially through management quota. However, if he wants admission in a good or reputed college, it’s better to appear for entrance exams like JEE Main or state-level exams (like MHT CET, UPSEE, etc.).
