Yes it is possible that one can easily take admission in another Kendriya Vidyalya ( KV) just by way of transferring. All you need to do is you have to make an application to the principal first and in that application mention the reason for transferring the admission of your ward, if the reason will be valid or the principal considers it then you will get an application form fill all the required details and after that you will get TC in a day or two.
