3. Create a profile in Job networking websites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc. Here again you can do it in 2 ways. First is to reach out to HRs or professionals within Vedanta or any other company that recruits for RR and request for referral. The second is to post that you are looking for opportunities in the field of EE. Professionals usually refer someone that they know. By far, LinkedIn is the most helpful professional networking site.
