Dear Aspirant,
With respect to your percentile in Jee Mains, it is not plausible for you to get admission into top and old NITs. The top and old NITs provide admission to students with a maximum rank of 20000.
Furthermore, the new NITs provide admission to students with a maximum rank of 50000.
Also getting admission into IIITS and GFTIs is also not possible.
However, there is a very slim chance of you making into the North East NITs through your obc reservation. But that too can't be guaranteed.
In my opinion, you should apply for top state government engineering Institutes rather than applying for low ranked NITs where there is pathetic placement prospects. At this percentile of yours, it will be quite easy for you to get into top state government engineering colleges.

Dear aspirant,
According to your jee mains percentile and taking into consideration that you are from obc category,it is very difficult to get in any of the nits ,iiits ,gfti's in josaa rounds. But if you wait for csab rounds then you may have a good chance to get into lower nits like Meghalaya manipur srinagar provided your home state is one of these.
