Hi ! You don't have any chance of getting a good college my dear friend. Even if you apply with your OBC rank, then also it will not work. Your rank is not enough to get a good college. To get nit or IIIT or GFTI you need a minimum rank of 50000. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
