Congrats.For the rank u have achieved you will be most possibly be able to enroll yourself into Delhi Institute of Advanced studies,Banarsidas Chandiwala institute of professional studies and many such colleges in and around Delhi .The above mentioned two are the best among these 2 colleges.

You can get an IP affliated college with this rank but if you go according to the previous year rank than you have to wait for the 3rd round of counselling as you know that in first 2 rounds there are less chance to get a rank of 14k+ .
