Dear aspirant!
Honestly speaking with this rank it's hard to get into any NITs or IITs. But if you are waiting for the special rounds then there still might be a little possibility. I suggest that you grab a seat in any other colleges to just for security sake. There are a number of good colleges in India. Good luck.

With this rank it will be not possible to get any good college like good nits and IIITs .
But if you are going in special rounds their may be chances .
So first look the college in which you can go and wants to go and specific branch than look for the closing rank in 7th rounds and number of seats vacant after it.
Accordingly you should fill the choices.( Like IIIT Sonipat ; nit Raipur ; jamshedpur and if you can go in low ranking nits like srinagar ; Uttarakhand etc. you can fill those also.).
But fill it very carefully and wisely.
