Hello,

It is a common problem faced by students. Feeling sleepy means either you are up late nighy which makes you tired and sleepy or you find particular subject boring which makes you lazy. To control this problem make sure you have 7 - 8 hours of sleep which is undisturbed. Also if you want subject boring then try to split it in parts and do it accordingly. You can take a short nap between your study hours. Also try to focus and don't let tiredness take control of you.

Thank you and all the best.

Hey,

Sleeping is a common thing, but during studies, it occurs because of having a bad sleep cycle . If you have a good sleeping cycle, then during the whole day, you will feel energetic and even during your studies, you will not get sleepy.

So, firstly make a proper sleeping cycle. For this the best thing is that, you should sleep early and wake up also early. Give yourself a sleep around 8 hours daily. Don't use mobile while sleeping.

It disturbs your sleeping cycle badly. If you are trying to sleep early and not getting the sleep, then listen to some soft music. This will definitely help you.

Hope it helps.
