You can take direct admission to a university/college if your name was not on the merit list via the Management quota. For this, you will have to go to the institution's campus and ask for a management quota, what is the procedure for it and how cam you apply.

Apart from this, you have no way of getting admitted to an institution if your name is not there in the merit of a college.
