Especially in micro presentation your confidence and knowledge about the concerned subject and how you utilize it in your presentation matters the most. Just prepare for all the steps /procedure required for the admission to get a particular seat and relax your mind.

You didn't mentioned the name of institutions and course for which you want to know about. It would be easy to help you if you mention that ad some institutions have micropresentation and some not.
