What do you want to do Btech or MS
For Btech in USA SAT exam is held two time in a year, so you can do that.
For MS you have to crack GRE
For MBA you have to crack GMAT
Also note you have to give an English proficiency test i.e. IELTS and TOEFL

Prepare for any examination like IELTS TOEFL etc to get admitted in colleges of USA. The major factor determining your success is your interview do prepare well for it.
