Hi Aspirant,
For CAT,you basically have to prepare for 3 sections-
1)Quantitative Aptitude
2)Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation
3)English(Comprehension,Grammar and similar things)

After you get the score of CAT,you will be shortlisted by colleges whose cutoffs will be met by you.
Then,further rounds.If of GD,PI or WAT,PI are conducted. The candidates who make it through after these rounds will get admission in the respective colleges.
