Yeah, it happens, even if you haven’t registered ever i.e. even for a completely new registration. Don’t panic, it is a server error not yours. If the problem continues you can contact to the authority related to SSC grievance cell on their website. There is a contact number and Email Id mention on their regional website. As you have not mentioned in which region you have applied for.
