I regret to inform you that with such a low score under obc category its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering through csab special round.
As the college under csab are the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high closing cutoff for the candidates to get admission into any of these.
Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes with your desired branch.

At this tank, if you are expecting any seat in any college even in CSAB round then you're in for a disappointment. Cutoffs tend to fall drastically insl spot rounds. So, you should keep your hopes hight. You have very less chances of getting lower ranked GFTIs such as Aizwal University, Samt Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, etc.
