Yes dear you can get some of the colleges based on the previous year trends and cut offs.You can get Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna as the cut off for general category ranges to 3800.So,don't worry and you can use the college predictor for more info.

But sir , in IGIMS paramedical courses are available na .sir can i get any agriculture college like sabour and samastipur agriculture from this rank because my rank is only 3335 in UR category.

Yes you can get Agriculture science in BAC,Savour as the previous year cut off were 5077.So,don't worry and hope for best.
