Hello Haseena congrats you have got a good rank in TSICET, but with this rank it is very hard  to get seat particurly in University, because you are just few ranks below to university cutoff, But don't worry just give first priority in Universities there may be chance by luck because every year rank cutoff will change. But you can get seat in best colleges for your rank.
