ISE (Information Science and Engineering) focuses mainly on data, management, storage and transformation. The jobs which are available for CSE / IT grads are also available for ISE students. Job profiles you might expect after having done your graduation in ISE are that of Software Engineer, Systems analyst, Business analyst, etc.

In short, there is not much difference between CSE and ISE. Information Science has more of analytical and mathematical part. While Computer Science deals with the traditional software development.
