Yes, NIOS students are eligible for NEET 2020 exam, for general category candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology to be eligible for neet however For OBC, SC, ST or PWD the minimum score should be 40%, candidate must be of at least 17 years.

NIOS is a recognised open board and students who have passed their 12th board examination from recognised  open board are eligible for Neet examination ,
So, you don't need to worry at all even after passing your 12th board examination from NIOS you are eligible for Neet examination provided
You must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or  at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
