Roshan moree , Without roll number there is no option to see NEET result but there are some source from where you got your roll number are:

Your hall ticket or Admit card of NEET or email id or mobile no. on which you get message with roll number or there is one another option is you need to login from application no. and password to see your OMR sheet and on OMR sheet there is roll no.
