Yes you can definitely apply for BA LLB as you fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria of having minimum of 50% aggregate in your Intermediate, there's also a 5% relaxation in it for SC/ST students. So yes you can definitely apply for Ba llb in almost any college but admission procedure may vary from college to college.
