See as per your DoB in 2022 you will complete your 28 year on Jan 4th 2022 and the age criteria for IBPS Clerk allows only 19 to 28 years old candidates for examination so in October 2022 your age should not exceed 28 years but in your case you will exceed the age of 28 years in January so you would not be eligible for IBPS clerk until and unless you have following age relaxation as per the reservation criteria of IBPS :-

>>>> OBC - 5 years

>>>> SC/ ST - 5 years

>>>> PWD categories – 10 years

>>>> Ex-Servicemen – 10 years

>>>> Domiciled candidates in Jammu & Kashmir during January 1, 1980, to December 31, 1989 – 5 years

>>>> Persons who were affected during 1984 riots – 5 years

>>> Either you should be an Indian National or a subject of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan or people of Indian origin migrated from Zaire, Ethiopia, East African Countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Uganda, Burma, Pakistan, Zambia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam to settle in India or Tibetan refugees came to India, to settle in India before January 1, 1963

>>> For IBPS the age should be 19-28 years old.

>>> The candidate should have any bachelor's degree from any of the recognized institute as their minimum qualification.
