You are not eligible for any of the IITs and NITs with your this score .Its better if you prepare again and apply for the next year.
Even if you are from SC category but its impossible for you to get decent NITs and IITs.
You can apply for GFTIs ,you might get but very less chance.
You should apply for state engineering colleges of your state where you can get benefit of your residential/caste certificate.
