Good Evening, the very first advice which I would like to give you is to not get so much panicked.
Usually, XAT is conducted in January every year.

So, in that case, XAT 2019 will be conducted somewhere around January 2019. This leaves you with almost 7 months. That's pretty enough time.

See, there are a number of coaching centres such as TIME, IMS, CAREER LAUNCHER, etc which run 6 months course and cover the entire syllabus of the management exams. You should surely seek their guidance.
Moreover, if you are not able to join a coaching, simply purchase NCERT MATHS BOOKS from class 6 to 10 and start solving the illustrations in them.
For English, start reading as many novels as you can and also I suggest you WORD POWER MADE EASY by NORMAN LEWIS. Try working on this book and complete it in 40 days.

Don't be panic about that if your maths and english is not good if you are dedicated so you can work upon it the syllabus of maths of XAT is also basic but you have to oractice alot to make this basic strong becuase in the exam you will not get direct questions you have to be master in it so you haveto work alot
