Hi, Important topics in inorganic chemistry are:

Coordination,

Compounds,

Salt analysis,

Solid state,

S, P, D and F block elements,

Surface Chemistry and

Metallurgy

Go through the previous year samples to know the weight-age of topics under chemistry.
