Since the cutoff changes every year, it is difficult to say since if tou consider last year's cutoff then your chances are a little less.

If I consider previous year data, then chances for you to land up in aiims are mild . The cut off changes every year depending upon the availability of seats and difficulty lever of question paper, buggy anyways you can browse the link mentioned below to check the college you can get.
