Equivalent/Equivalence certificate will be issued by the open school/University in which you have enrolled. You need to enquire in enrolled open school regarding the procedure to obtain equivalence certificate. The application process will be either in offline or online mode. You may have to pay enclose the requisite documents such as your marks sheets, passing certificate, if applicable and pay the prescribed fee to obtain equivalence certificate. Depending on the institute the time to process your request vary.
