It is difficult to predict the exact marks. Based on our JEE Main Rank predictor tool you need to score minimum 150-160 or above to have decent chances of securing a rank within 10,000. This is an estimated score as the marks vs rank trend changes depending on number of candidates qualified, top score in the exam, tie breakers etc.

To get rank in top 10,000 in JEE Main, you are required to get 98.7 - 99 percentile. For getting this much percentile and you should target at 150 marks out of 300 marks. Please not that this can vary by a difference of 5 as it is based upon previous year trends.
