Cut-off varies among colleges, so in order to provide you accurate date, it's important to know the name of the college, for top colleges cut-off usually remains very high, just in case of Delhi Universiity, last year it's cut-offs for Political Science(Hons) went to 99% in Hindu College, usually for general category it's important to score more than 97% just to be on a safer side so to speak.
