Hi Avi,

Whenever a student want to leave the school,he or she can request the school for school leaving certificate. It doesn't matter weather he or she has cleared the exams or not. So,I believe the school should provide him with SLC along with all the necessary certificates.

Hope it helps

Hello Avi,
For taking the admission in ITI or any other institute, firstly he have to complete his higher secondary education.Because for doing the graduation, firstly one have to complete his higher secondary education. If school would be ready to give him the SLC but after that he will not be able to take the admission in ITI or any other institute until he will not complete his 12th.
