If you mean defense college as in for a career in the defense services through NDA (exam taken after 12th) then unfortunately, as of now, girls are not considered for admissions. However you can appear for the CDSE exam (after graduation from any discipline) to get admission into OTA (officer's training academy), currently the only defense academy accepting women candidates for officer posts in the army.
