Hope you are doing well

No, there will be no problem in neet counseling because of a spelling mistake in your father's name.
As they do not check these things very particularly.
Only your's certificates, marksheets etc. will be checked.
So probably they will not create any problem

Here I am providing you a list of all the necessary documents for the counseling:-

NEET Admit Card
NEET Scorecard
Class 10 certificate and mark sheet
Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Passport size photographs
ID proof
Provisional Allotment Letter
