Since the last date for applying and the course has aleady started it is highty unlikely that you will be able to join the course for this batch...and since the course has already started I would like to recommend you to check out colleges that offer MA hindi in Distance Education in which you will be provided with all the materials from the university and you will have to study eveything on your own and give the exam on the specified date where the only difference is normally you would go to a college and study but here you study from home.

If you want to join that perticuar college itself then i would recommend you to get in touch with the college.
