What kind of future problems are you referring to.  There is no such thing. If you appear for improvement exam for your papers you are not satisfied with, it will only help you. If your Mark's improve through the exam, you might be able to get a better college than what you were getting with your old marks.  So I would suggest that you give your improvement exam.
