Its good that you are preparing for UPSC examination. As exam application form are already filled in feb. month 2019. UPSC commencement on exam will be on 2nd of june 2019.

And its ok for aspirants to prepare in hindi as the content was same like english. There is only translation of content, not the change in content.

yes it is absolutely ok. see after 10+2 you will not get any studies which are not in english. however if you can remember the name of different terms of physics math chemistry you will not have any problem. and most of the cases student face problem on remembering chemistry term. have a look at the previous years questions of upsee and jee main. you will get accustomed to it.
